1. How soon will they ship?
Generally if the order is placed by 3:00 PM they will ship the same day. After 3:00 PM they will ship the next business day.
2. How are they shipped?
We use Priority Mail with the US Postal Service which usually takes 3-4 days regardless of distance.
3. What is your return policy?
We will accept for refund or exchange any order that you are not 100% satisfied with. Just return them to us with a copy of the original packing list and we will credit you credit card or send you a check. You can also read our terms and conditions for more details.

4. How do I place an order?
• Select the type of product you are looking for (Diva Designer, General Themed cards, Banners, etc.)
• Find a product you would like to order.
• Click on the picture of the item you would like to order. This will take you to the page to order that product.
• Click on the continue shopping button if you want to add more items to your cart or click on the checkout button when you're ready to checkout.
• When you are finished shopping, click on the Check Out link in your shopping cart. This will take you to our secure server to input your shipping and billing information and your credit card information.
• Select the type of product you are looking for (Diva Designer, General Themed cards, Banners, etc.)
• Find a product you would like to order.
• Click on the picture of the item you would like to order. This will take you to the page to order that product.
