Returns and Exchanges
SpaPostcards.com, will offer an exchange for any items that you are not completely satisfied with. SpaPostcards.com does not offer refunds or accept returns on any product without prior authorization. SpaPostcards.com will not except returns on custom printed projects. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the date of receipt. The Product must be returned in perfect, unopened condition.

SpaPostcards.com offers no shipping and handling credit on returned merchandise. Please note: all custom orders are final and may not be exchanged.
Shipping
SpaPostcards.com will only ship to the United States. We will NOT Ship to Canada or Mexico. We do not accept shipping addresses that are post office boxes due to the fact that most Post Offices will return the product if it does not fit inside the post office box. We will email you a confirmation when your package ships.
Privacy
SpaPostcards.com is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers' personal data. We use your email address and occasionally your telephone number exclusively to communicate with you regarding your order. We will never distribute your personal information to other companies for any reason.
Orders
All orders placed through the website are subject to SpaPostcards.com acceptance, which is in its sole discretion. Without limitation, this means that SpaPostcards.com may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, in its sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is subsequently cancelled, SpaPostcards.com will issue a credit to your credit card account.

Vehicle Magnetics Care
Care Instructions & Disclaimer
Although we use one of the top grades of Magnetic sheeting available, there are other factors beyond our control that can affect adhesion.
A few known reasons:
• Metal door surface may have body repair using plastic putty (i.e.: “Bondo”).
• The door surface needs to be clean. Dirt and grit limits the magnetic force.
• Fiberglass or Aluminum Vehicles are not “Magnetic”
– For instance: Saturn vehicles are fiberglass and some Semi Truck cabs
are aluminum or fiberglass.
• Wind getting behind a pucker that wasn’t noticed when applying to the vehicle.
• It should be mentioned that Magnetics, if left on vehicle for an extended period,
could lead to premature rusting of the area. This is caused by moisture that
accumulates behind them. They should be taken off regularly (twice a month
suggested) and the back wiped down, along with door.
Keep the surface of the door and the back of the magnetic clean and just sit back and let your magnetics generate phone calls and interest in your business.
*We recommend placing a few cards on your window when you go to the mall or wherever because people may see the sign on your door and want to contact you and the cards are convenient for them to grab and place in their pocket or purse.
